Chad DeGrenier - Gotta Believe®

Founder

 

Chad DeGrenier is the founder of Gotta Believe, LLC.  The company was founded in 2002 to provide training, conditioning, and motivation for athletes of all ages, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.  A scholarship foundation provides financial assistance to athletes who cannot afford to pay for training camps.

After high school, Chad was pursued to play professional baseball in the San Diego Padres organization.  He decided to play Division I college football and earned Honorable Mention All-American in 1995.  In 1996, he graduated from Washington State University with a B.S., Kinesiology (Exercise Science).  He has completed coursework for a master’s degree in Leadership at Northern Arizona University.

From 1998-2004, he played professional football in the Arena Football League for the Arizona Rattlers (’98-’02) and the Carolina Cobras (’03).  While playing professional football, Chad taught elementary physical education.  

In 2009, he was the General Manager and Head Coach of an Arena 2 team in Provo, Utah, leading the team to the semifinals in his first year.

He was the 2006 MaxPreps National Coach of the Year, as well as the Arizona Republic Big School Coach of the Year. Chad is currently teaching physical education and coaching football at Notre Dame Prep in Scottsdale, Arizona.
